Full job description

Part time 8 Hours per week on a Wednesday.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage our weekly and monthly payroll processes using Sage. If you have a passion for accuracy, a strong understanding of payroll procedures, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

As a Payroll Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

Processing weekly and monthly payroll for all employees.
Ensuring compliance with payroll laws and regulations.
Managing employee records, including tax forms and bank details.
Handling payroll queries and resolving discrepancies promptly.
Preparing and submitting payroll reports to management.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should have:

Proven experience in payroll processing (weekly and monthly).
Proficiency with Sage payroll software.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation and statutory requirements.

Job Type: Part-time

Ability to commute/relocate:

Bridgwater TA7 8LZ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

Payroll: 5 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
