Performing Arts Teaching Assistant - £13.5 per Hour.

The Company

Stagecoach Performing Arts is the UK’s biggest and BEST stage school for children. Delivering singing, dance and drama classes for children of all ages in 100s of schools across the country and giving children Creative Courage for Life.

Stagecoach Midsomer Norton opened just this year and we are looking for amazing teacher to cover and assist as we grow.

The Role

We're looking for amazing performers, and educators who can support with Singing, Dance and Drama lessons for students aged from 4 up to 14. As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll support the Teacher in running the classes and bringing tones of energy and fun to the session.

Pay: £13.50 per hour
Location: Welton Primary School - BA3 2AG.
This is a cover role with a view to open up to more permanent hours

About You

Essential

Happy and energetic individual with experience/training in the performing arts and a love of working with children.
An ability to get stuck in, take initiative and bring energy and a smile to what you do.
You must be a reliable individual who can create a fun and nurturing environment with a passion for bringing children/young people out of their shells.

Preferred

Professional experience assisting/teaching groups of 4-6 year olds.
Relevant Performance Training/Experience.
