Full job description

Position: Recruitment Administrator

Please note: This is a maternity cover role.

Start Date: 19/10/2026

Location: Gloucester (Town Centre)
Salary: £28,800 per annum + Free Parking*
Hours: Monday – Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Please note we are not currently offering COS at this time

What We Do

Within Reach Services, based right here in the heart of Gloucester, we offer more than just care; we provide a safe, welcoming home and tailored support for children and young adults with complex needs and challenging behaviour

What you will be doing

· Providing general administrative support to the recruitment and operations team.

· Advertising jobs across multiple job boards and social media platforms.

· Sourcing and screening candidates and arranging interviews.

· Processing references, right-to-work checks and DBS applications.

· Maintaining accurate records in our recruitment database and spreadsheets.

What we need from you

· Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing or administration is preferred, but not essential, or equivalent transferrable skills

· Confident and professional when speaking to people on the telephone.

· Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.

· Able to work at pace, prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks.

· Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

· Proactive, positive and approachable, with a genuine desire to work as part of a team.
