Full job description

Due to continued growth, Lincs Doors is looking to recruit an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team.

At Lincs Doors, we manufacture bespoke commercial and industrial doors for customers across the UK. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products, exceptional customer service, and working together as one team. As an ISO 9001:2015 accredited company, we're committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Supervising and motivating the workshop team.
Planning daily workloads and allocating tasks.
Ensuring jobs are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
Maintaining a safe, organised and efficient workshop.
Liaising with the office regarding production schedules and priorities
Monitoring stock levels and reporting material requirements.
Leading by example and maintaining high standards at all times.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

Has previous supervisory or team leader experience.
Has experience within manufacturing, engineering or fabrication.
Can confidently manage workloads and deadlines.
Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
Is proactive, hands-on and enjoys problem solving.
Has a strong understanding of health & safety.
Forklift licence desirable but not essential.
