Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Domestic Window Cleaner to join our team. This role involves cleaning windows for residential properties, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a professional attitude. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills within the cleaning industry while providing valuable service to clients.

Responsibilities

Clean windows of various sizes and styles in residential properties using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions.
Ensure all surfaces are streak-free and spotless, maintaining high-quality standards.
Handle cleaning equipment safely and responsibly, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain a clean and organised work area after completing each job.
Manage scheduling and appointments efficiently, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards encountered during work to the supervisor promptly.

Experience

Previous experience in window cleaning or similar domestic cleaning roles is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
Valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel between properties.
Fluency in English is required for effective communication with clients and team members.
Strong customer service skills are essential to ensure client satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
