We are looking for a motivated and reliable Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working in a hands-on environment, and takes pride in producing high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

Perform a variety of production and assembly tasks under the guidance of experienced team members.
Develop the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and job packets.
Assemble products in accordance with quality standards and production requirements.
Work safely and efficiently while meeting daily production targets.
Carry out quality checks and ensure a high standard of workmanship.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
Work collaboratively as part of a team while also being capable of working independently when required.
Demonstrate a positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to learn new skills.

Skills and Experience

Essential

Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to follow written instructions and procedures.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
Ability to work towards production targets in a fast-paced environment.

Training

Full training will be provided in a range of manufacturing processes, including:

Stacking
Coil Winding
Component Insertion
Electrical Connections
Pressing
Testing
Assembly
Soldering
Understanding drawings & Standard operation procedures
