Maintenance Operative

C&L Property Management

Location: North East England

Salary: Competitive (Dependent on Experience)

Job Type: Full-time / Self-employed / Part-time (Flexible)

Join Our Growing Team

C&L Property Management is looking for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Operative to join our expanding team. You’ll carry out maintenance and repair work across our managed residential properties, helping us provide a high standard of service to landlords and tenants.

Responsibilities

General property maintenance
Basic plumbing repairs
Painting and decorating
Joinery and repairs
Tiling and patch repairs
Replacing locks, handles and fittings
Garden and external maintenance (when required)
Property inspections
Responding to emergency call-outs
Preparing properties for new tenants

Requirements

Previous maintenance or property experience preferred
Good all-round DIY skills
Full UK driving licence
Own tools (preferred)
Reliable, professional and punctual
Ability to work independently
Excellent customer service skills
