Full job description

Location:Darlington, with the option for hybrid working after successfully completing probation.
Contract:Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM.
Salary: £24,852.68 per annum.

As a Maintenance Planning Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our maintenance operations, ensuring our fleet is safe, reliable, and ready for action. Your responsibilities will include:

Scheduling and coordinating routine and emergency vehicle maintenance.
Managing records of servicing, repairs, and inspections.
Liaising with technicians, suppliers, and other team members to ensure seamless operations.
Monitoring compliance with safety and legal standards.
Keeping our customers informed about their vehicles’ status.
