Full job description

Background:

The Simple Company is a fast-growing manufacturer in wellness and sports nutrition, building global brands (including STYRKR) while also powering the industry through white-label partnerships. Our products are sold across the UK, USA, EU, and beyond.

White-label is one of our fastest-growing divisions, supplying leading brands worldwide. To support this growth, we’re creating a dedicated Group Sales Administrator role focused on managing key white-label customers end-to-end, ensuring seamless service, and driving commercial success.

Purpose of the Role:

To provide dedicated sales administration and account management support for the Group’s white-label business, acting as the Managing Director’s right hand across all WL sales. You will manage our largest customers day-to-day, ensuring smooth processes, excellent service, and consistent growth, while providing ad hoc sales support to STYRKR when needed.

Main Accountabilities:

Manage white-label customer accounts end-to-end, from onboarding and order processing to after-sales support.
Handle inbound inquiries, quotes, and sample requests promptly and professionally.
Oversee the sales-to-operations handover, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
Raise and track sales orders, invoices, and logistics documentation.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Monitor account performance, prepare regular reports, and flag risks/opportunities.
Support the MD with proposals, sales decks, and commercial negotiations.
Provide occasional sales admin support for STYRKR (distributors, B2B accounts) as required.

Success Measures:

Within 6 months:

Confidently managing all WL customer accounts and sales processes.
Established strong working relationships with key accounts and internal teams.
Demonstrable growth across existing accounts.

Within 12 months:

Independently managing major WL accounts with minimal oversight.
Delivering consistent growth and contributing to long-term account strategies.
Recognised as the go-to person for all WL account management and sales admin.
