Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Sous Chef to join our vibrant culinary team! Responsibilities

Support the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, including food production and service
Supervise and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness
Assist in preparing ingredients, cooking dishes, and ensuring timely delivery of menu items
Manage food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations at all times
Coordinate with team members to optimize workflow during busy service periods
Contribute to menu development by sharing innovative ideas and culinary techniques
Serve as a leader on the floor, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment
Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen experience
Demonstrated team management skills with the ability to lead and motivate staff effectively
Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations within the hospitality industry
Excellent culinary skills with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences
Previous restaurant experience with a focus on serving diverse customer needs
