We are looking for a motivated and reliable Production Operative to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a manufacturing background, engineering interest, or practical aptitude who is keen to learn and develop within a specialist manufacturing environment.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Production Operative, you'll play an important role in the manufacture of cut fibres, ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

Operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment
Following production and quality procedures
Maintaining high standards of health and safety
Recording production data and activities accurately
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the production team
Taking ownership of your work and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

Essential

Understanding of safe manufacturing processes
Good awareness of health and safety requirements
Strong team-working skills
A conscientious and reliable approach to work
Ability to take responsibility for your own performance

Desirable

Previous manufacturing or production experience
Experience working within a quality-controlled environment
Engineering aptitude or practical mechanical skills
Forklift Truck licence
Experience capturing and recording production data
