Your Role:
You will play a key part in driving data quality, developing performance insights, supporting digital transformation initiatives, and enhancing Purchasing processes across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and analyse Purchasing KPIs and performance dashboards covering Quality, Cost, Delivery, and operational metrics.
Create and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Act as the Purchasing focal point for ERP data, processes, and data quality management.
Work closely with data owners and stakeholders to improve data governance, accuracy, and consistency across Purchasing systems.
Support the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation opportunities within Purchasing processes and reporting
Manage and maintain Power BI and Power Platform applications to drive business efficiency and continuous improvement.
Serve as the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) subject matter expert, supporting users, delivering training, and coordinating PRA activities.

Job Requirements

What you'll bring:

Essential:

Computer literate with MS Office Software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS Outlook, MRP Systems
Ability to communicate at all levels
Ability to establish good working relationships across departments and with supplier representatives at all levels
Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills

Desirable:

Engineering Degree
Team Management / Leadership skills
Read and understand engineering drawings
Knowledge of Purchasing activity within a manufacturing environment
