Booking Coordinator

£27,000 – £35,000 + Commission + Overtime

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals from a strong planning & customer focused background to join a fast-growing heating and plumbing company.

About the Role of Booking Coordinator: This isn't just admin; it’s a high-energy hybrid of Sales, Customer Service, and Logistics. We want enthusiastic people who love hitting targets and helping customers.

Pay: £27k - £35k (Performance-based progression).
Shift: 5 days per week on average over 8 week rota. Includes evenings and weekends.
Extras: Performance commission & plenty of overtime.
Environment: Fast-paced but friendly, supportive, and tech-driven.

What You’ll Be Doing

Convert & Book: Turn customer inquiries into service bookings using our proven sales formula.
Upsell: Identify opportunities to cross-sell services that solve customer problems.
Coordinate: Brief field engineers and manage their schedules via our CRM.
Support: Handle multi-channel queries (Phone, Email, Chat) with empathy and precision.
OOH Phone -Answering reactive calls.

Who You Are

Sales-Minded: You have a track record of converting leads and closing deals.
Communicator: You build rapport instantly and handle high-pressure shifts with a smile.
Detail-Oriented: You’re tech-savvy and know that accurate data entry is key to a smooth repair.
Flexible: Happy working a varied rota (including weekends) to keep our 24/7 operation running.
