Full job description

We design and install high-quality garden rooms, home offices, and outdoor living spaces throughout Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas. We take pride in delivering outstanding workmanship and excellent customer service, and we're looking for a hardworking Semi-Skilled Labourer to join our growing team.

The Role

This is a varied, hands-on position supporting our installation teams on-site. You'll assist with all aspects of garden room construction, helping to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and progress within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the installation of garden rooms and outdoor buildings.
Support carpenters and tradespeople with construction and finishing work.
Load, unload, and move materials and equipment.
Prepare and maintain clean, safe, and organised work sites.
Carry out basic carpentry, assembly, and general labouring tasks.
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Help with finishing works where required.

Requirements

Previous experience in construction, labouring, or a similar hands-on role is preferred.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
Good level of physical fitness.
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
Full UK driving licence with own vehicle
