Full job description

Job Overview
Experienced holiday home Cleaner / Caretaker required for a 5-bedroom (sleeps 10) holiday cottage just outside of Tintagle. Year round weekly changeover cleans, (changeover day is a Sat) and be available to cater for short break changeovers in low season.

High standards are essential to our business; therefore, it is important that all applicants:

To clean, care for and maintain a newly appointed property.
Have a meticulous attention to detail and exceptionally high cleaning standards.
Can work well on their own and as part of a small team.
Can offer support and cover if /when required.
Are happy to liaise with guests and be on call in the event of a problem when guests are on holiday.
Possess a ‘can do’ attitude.
Laundry can be additional payment.

Please note that you must have your own transport.

Job Type: Part-time/flexible

Salary: Changeover Clean TBC

Schedule: Midweek / Weekend availability (for long term and short term breaks)

Requirements

Valid driving licence with a clean driving record
Proficiency in English with strong communication skills
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Strong customer service orientation with professional communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Physical fitness to perform outdoor tasks and light manual work as required
