About You

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Lettings Administration Assistant to join our busy lettings team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in residential lettings and property management within a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

As a Lettings Administration Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the lettings process from tenant application to move-in. You will be a key point of contact for tenants helping to deliver a high standard of customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Managing all tenant move-in administration, including tenancy agreements and compliance documentation.
Managing rent arrears administration and maintaining accurate records.
Contacting tenants regarding outstanding rent and recording payment arrangements.
Preparing and submitting Rent Guarantee Insurance claims, ensuring all supporting documentation is completed and submitted within required timescales.
Preparing and issuing tenancy notices for properties in England and Wales.
Liaising with landlords, tenants and colleagues to ensure tenancies progress smoothly.
Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records.
Providing general administrative support to the Property Management team.

About you

Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Confident using Microsoft Office and property software (essential)
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Previous experience in lettings or property preferred
