About the role: BMW & MINI Used Car Sales Executive (Llandudno Junction, North Wales)

Location: Llandudno, North Wales

Basic Salary: £25,000 OTE £51,400 uncapped commission plus employee car scheme (subject to meeting eligibility criteria)

Full Time, Permanent position

Week 1: 5 weekdays, Saturday off, Sunday closed
Week 2: 4 weekdays and Saturday, Sunday closed

Your Responsibilities

To achieve agreed sales targets for used cars, within defined operating and financial guidelines.

To request from all prospective customers and visitors to the centre who might show an interest in purchasing a vehicle, their contact details, i.e. name, address, email and two contact telephone numbers, and to follow up within a maximum 24-hour period.

To proactively work as a team to achieve department goals in a timely manner

To adhere to all financial compliance and FCA Regulations.

What we're looking for

Excellent sales, communication, negotiating and influencing skills.

Proven excellent customer service skills with a commitment to providing the best possible standard of customer service.

Strong presentation, organisational and prioritisation skills.

Good judgement and ability to act with discretion, diplomacy and tact are essential.

Ability to remain calm, well organised and confident, particularly when working to demanding deadlines.

Ability to meet sales targets

An outstanding attitude and passion for sales and customer service.

Willingness to work weekends and bank holidays
