About Us:

We are a small manufacturing business offering a range of sustainable products for fire sprinkler industry the products are sold worldwide automating the maintenance of fire sprinkler systems and are manufactured at our premises in Hixon, Staffordshire.

Our friendly, close-knit team is passionate about delivering excellent service and high-quality products. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an organised and proactive Office Administrator to join us.

Role Overview:
As an Office Administrator, you will be a key point of contact for both our customers and internal team. You will support day-to-day operations across logistics, customer communications and technical support while also attending a part-time college course. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys varied responsibilities. You will learn mechanical /engineering skills and safe working practices.

Job Summary:

· The position is based on site at the Hixon office

· Providing support for both the sales and technical team

· Work closely with both colleagues and customers completing a wide range of office-based tasks

· Use of software such as Microsoft Office, Adobe suite, AutoCad and more

· Training provided via Stafford college

· Handling the delivery of products

Key skill requirements:

· Professional manner

· Confident phone manner.

· Excellent time management

· Organisational skills

· Good English literacy skills

· IT skills, predominantly currently utilising Microsoft Office Suite

· Obtained or planning to obtain full UK Driving Licence (this is essential due to the location of our office as it is a poor public transport area)
