Full job description

Robinson Hornsby is an established, independent estate agency with an excellent reputation for delivering outstanding customer service across Doncaster and the surrounding villages. We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Negotiator to join our team in Tickhill.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping people move home.

The Role

As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for guiding clients through every stage of the property sales process, from initial enquiry through to completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

Registering buyers and understanding their property requirements.
Conducting property viewings.
Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers.
Progressing agreed sales through to completion.
Generating and booking market appraisal appointments.
Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers, solicitors and mortgage advisers.
Keeping clients regularly updated throughout their sale.
Meeting individual and branch performance targets.
Delivering exceptional customer service at every opportunity.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in estate agency sales (preferred).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A positive, proactive attitude.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Confidence using computer systems and ideally Alto software.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
