Overview

Join the bar team at SHU as a Cocktail Bartender. You will craft innovative and classic cocktails with precision and serve guests with enthusiasm. Your passion for hospitality and exceptional service will be the key to making each guest visit memorable. The position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, fun environment. Part time and full-time roles available. High gratuity earnings are applicable to the roles.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beverages, and non-alcoholic drinks with flair and accuracy
Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
Manage multiple drink orders efficiently while adhering to timing requirements
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours

Qualifications

Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting is required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and excellent serving skills
Basic math skills for accurate measuring and cash handling
Effective time management skills to handle multiple orders seamlessly
Ability to work well under pressure in a lively environment while maintaining professionalism
A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality are highly valued
