Full job description

We are looking for an experienced bricklaying gang for ongoing subcontract work on construction sites in Yorkshire.

This is a genuine opportunity for experienced bricklayers working on a subcontract basis. You will be carrying out brick and block work on active construction projects, working to site drawings and required quality standards.

The role

Brick and block laying
Working from site drawings and specifications
Maintaining a good standard of workmanship
Following site health and safety requirements
Working alongside site management and other trades
Keeping work areas safe and tidy

Requirements

Applicants should:

Have previous professional bricklaying experience
Have relevant CSCS cards where required
Have their own tools and appropriate PPE
Be reliable and able to maintain agreed productivity and quality standards
Be able to work effectively as part of an established gang
Have the right to work in the UK

Pay and working arrangements

Pay: Competitive rates, agreed according to the project and scope of work.

This work is offered on a subcontract basis. Full details of the rate, payment terms, site location and expected duration of the project will be provided before work is agreed.
