Equans are looking for an experienced Electrically Qualified Multiskilled Maintenance & Service Technician to join their on-site team at the University of Birmingham, Pritchatts Park Village Student Accommodation project. The successful candidate will hold a valid NVQ electrical qualification with 18th Edition training and have experience in a comparable role. Please note hours are Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00 <h1> </h1> What will you deliver? <ul> <li>Provide maintenance at a single site student accommodation complex in Birmingham.</li> <li>Provide initial response to all Reactive Maintenance requests during normal working hours and Out of Hours as part of the On-call Out of Hours Rota.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Quarterly shower head & hose cleaning in accordance with L8 requirements (full training will be provided)</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Monthly temperature monitoring of Hot & Cold water systems</li> <li>Weekly flushing of water outlets in all unoccupied rooms</li> <li>Weekly fire alarm testing on the student accommodation</li> <li>Undertake regular visual inspections of building fabric, furniture, fixtures & fittings</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Work in accordance with Work Instructions, Safe Working Practices and Method Statements ensuring relevant paperwork is completed in an accurate timely manner.</li> </ul> What can we offer you?
