Operations Site Manager – Dundee

We are building a new Amazon DSP team in Dundee, and we are looking for an experienced Operations Site Manager to join us at the beginning of our journey.

This is more than just a job. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the business, take ownership, build a strong team and be part of our long-term success.

We believe that a successful operation starts with the right people. We are looking for someone who is experienced, responsible, organised and passionate about people and performance.

What we are looking for

Previous experience in Amazon DSP, delivery operations or logistics management
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Experience managing drivers and daily delivery operations
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and make confident decisions
Strong communication and customer-service skills
A positive, hands-on and professional attitude
Someone who takes ownership and is willing to grow with the company

Your role

You will play a key role in building and managing our daily operation, supporting our drivers, monitoring performance, solving operational challenges and helping us create a reliable and successful delivery team.

We want you to have a voice in the business and the opportunity to develop your role as we grow.
