Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Forklift Driver and become a vital part of our warehouse operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently moving materials, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Your mechanical aptitude and experience with warehouse management systems will ensure smooth operations, helping us meet production goals and deliver exceptional service. Duties

Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse
Use warehouse management systems to track inventory movements accurately
Perform routine equipment repairs and maintenance to ensure forklift safety and functionality
Handle materials with precision, ensuring proper stacking, storage, and organization
Assist with shipping and receiving processes by preparing shipments and verifying incoming deliveries
Conduct regular safety inspections of equipment and work areas to prevent accidents
Support heavy lifting tasks using mechanical knowledge to move bulky or awkward items efficiently

Experience

Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or logistics environment
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory control
Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues
Strong materials handling skills with attention to safety protocols
Ability to perform basic math calculations related to weights, measurements, and inventory counts
Prior experience in shipping & receiving operations is highly desirable
Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods
