Full job description

Your future, as a receptionist at mydentist

You’ll be joining us at our Middlesbrough practice, . Unit HB, Cleveland Retail Park, Middlesbrough, TS6 6UX.
As a receptionist, you will provide outstanding customer service to our customers and patients, both face to face whilst visiting the practice, and by managing phone calls to our front desk.

The working pattern for this role is

Monday 7:45am-5pm 30min break

Tuesday 9am-6pm 30min break

Thursday 7:45am-8pm 1hr break

Friday 7:45am-6pm 1hr break

Total hours 37hrs 45mins

Welcome customers warmly – in person and over the phone
Keep appointments running smoothly and efficiently so everything flows well for the team
Share clear, helpful information tailored to each customer
Support daily and weekly tasks to keep the practice organised and compliant
