Overview

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to join their organisation. This role involves supporting various human resources functions, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring smooth HR operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities. This position offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic team and contribute to organisational success through effective HR management.

Responsibilities

Manage and update employee information.
Assist with data entry and maintenance of personnel records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Support recruitment processes by coordinating interviews, managing applicant tracking systems, and liaising with candidates.
Handle onboarding and offboarding procedures, including documentation and system updates.
Maintain organised files for employee documentation in compliance with data protection regulations.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures via email or internal communication channels.
Support HR projects related to organisational development, training programmes, and employee engagement activities.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless HR service delivery across the organisation.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a fast paced administrative or HR support role within a professional environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—in British English.
Knowledge of human resources practices, employment legislation, and organisational policies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This position is paid and suitable for individuals eager to develop their career within human resources while supporting organisational growth through efficient administrative practices.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
