Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Reception Manager to lead our front desk operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire guest reception process, ensuring a seamless, welcoming experience for all visitors and team members. Your leadership will set the tone for exceptional guest services, foster a positive environment, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader with a passion for hospitality, multilingual communication skills, and proven supervisory experience to make a lasting impact.

Duties

Lead and supervise the reception team to deliver outstanding guest services consistently
Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries
Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance and service quality
Manage multilingual communication to accommodate diverse guests and ensure clear understanding
Coordinate with human resources to handle staffing schedules, performance evaluations, and staff development
Handle guest complaints or special requests promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, and feedback to improve service delivery
Foster a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the organization’s commitment to hospitality excellence

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience in a hospitality or hotel environment with leadership responsibilities
Strong background in guest services, hospitality management, or related fields
Multilingual or bilingual proficiency to effectively communicate with diverse guests and staff
Experience in human resources functions such as staff training, scheduling, and performance management
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
Excellent communication skills with a positive, energetic approach to guest interactions
Knowledge of hotel operations systems and customer service best practices
