Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar and Waiting Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring a memorable dining experience. This role involves serving food and beverages, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and supporting the smooth operation of our establishment. Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right candidate. The position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills within a dynamic and friendly setting.

Duties

Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery to guests
Serve drinks from the bar efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organisation
Assist with food preparation and presentation as required, adhering to food safety standards
Upsell menu items to maximise guest satisfaction and revenue opportunities
Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar area, and service stations in accordance with hygiene regulations
Handle payments accurately using POS systems and process transactions efficiently
Ensure guest needs are met promptly, addressing any concerns with professionalism
Support team members during busy periods to ensure seamless service flow
Follow all health and safety protocols, including food safety procedures

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided
Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques is advantageous
Familiarity with serving procedures, guest services, and upselling strategies is beneficial
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour to enhance guest experiences
Ability to work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
