Join a fast-growing start-up that’s changing how young people experience aviation.

British Young Pilots was founded in 2023 with a simple but ambitious mission: to make flying accessible and inspiring for the next generation. We now run clubs and programmes across 60+ locations nationwide, combining professional flight simulators, pilot-led teaching and optional real flight experiences. We’re growing quickly and looking for a capable Administrator to support the whole business.

The role
You’ll be a key part of the HQ team in Reading, providing high-quality administrative support across all our streams - weekend clubs, school programmes, holiday clubs, online offerings and more.

What you’ll be doing

Providing efficient admin support across the full range of BYP programmes
Managing enquiries, bookings and parent/school communications
Maintaining accurate records, systems and databases
Coordinating schedules, logistics and operational admin
Supporting the wider team as we scale rapidly
Helping improve processes so we can keep delivering an outstanding experience for our young pilots

Who we’re looking for

Someone with a few years of solid administrative experience (this is ideally a 2nd or 3rd job)
Highly organised, proactive and calm under pressure
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and happy to learn SharePoint
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment and wants to contribute to something meaningful
