Barista / All Rounder – Ronzio

Location: Bishopbriggs, Glasgow

Salary: £12.85 – £13.20 per hour (depending on experience)

Job Type: Full-time/Part-Time

Schedule: 5 days over 7 (including weekends)

The Role

We are looking for a skilled Barista / All Rounder to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality drinks, supporting front-of-house service, and maintaining standards during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing coffee to a high standard (latte art essential)

Working efficiently during peak service times
Providing excellent customer service
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar and service areas
Supporting the wider team across front-of-house duties

Requirements

Previous experience as a barista is essential
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Flexible availability (including weekends
