Car Sales Executive – Career Changers Welcome

Salary: £27,000 basic + uncapped commission
OTE: £45,000 realistically – top performers earn £60,000+

Looking for your next step after retail or hospitality or a new opportunity in Car Sales?

If you’re great with people, love delivering brilliant customer experiences and thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment – you might have exactly what it takes to succeed in car sales.

We’re looking for an experienced Car Sales Executive or somebody from retail, hospitality or other customer‑facing sales background who wants to turn their people skills into a high‑earning, long‑term career.

You don’t need automotive experience – we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

This is a role where service, rapport‑building and confidence matter just as much as sales skills – which is why many of our top performers previously worked in retail or hospitality.

What you’ll be doing

Welcoming customers and delivering an outstanding experience from start to finish
Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle and finance options
Arranging and conducting test drives
Building relationships that turn first‑time buyers into loyal, repeat customers
Working to achievable targets with the support of an experienced management team
