Job Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Server/Bar Staff member and be the heartbeat of our lively hospitality environment! Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring quick and correct delivery
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including daily specials and dietary options
Ensure food safety standards are consistently followed during food preparation and service
Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables promptly while providing personalised guest attention
Clear tables, reset dining areas, and handle guest inquiries or concerns professionally

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments with a focus on guest services
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing tabs efficiently
Time management skills to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced setting
Familiarity with food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures

IMPORTANT: Training will be given and uniform will be provided. If within the local villages to The Ferryman Inn, support with transport is available.
