Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Electrical Wholesale Internal Sales professional to join our energetic team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our customers and our extensive range of electrical products, providing expert advice, building strong relationships, and ensuring seamless sales process on our trade counter Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will drive customer satisfaction and contribute to the growth of our business. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have electrical wholesale experience, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for electrical products, this is the perfect opportunity to energize your career!

Duties

Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person to understand their electrical supply needs and provide tailored solutions
Manage and develop B2B (business-to-business) relationships with contractors, electricians, and other trade professionals
Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules to secure optimal outcomes for both the customer and the company
Process sales orders accurately using IT systems while ensuring timely follow-up on inquiries and requests
Promote new products, special offers, and technical services to maximize sales opportunities
Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure product availability and efficient delivery schedules
Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks to ensure excellent customer service

Skills

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively while maintaining positive relationships
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to clearly convey product information and technical details
Proficiency in IT systems for order processing, customer management, and inventory control
Demonstrated B2B sales experience within the electrical or related industry is highly desirable
Exceptional time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment
Valid driving license to facilitate local client visits or deliveries when required
Customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and client satisfaction
