We are currently seeking a dynamic property manager who thrives on solving the next challenge or finishing a fantastic refurb!

What is the Role?

As one of our team, you’ll be handling all aspects of property management for a designated property portfolio in partnership with one of our contracts managers. Your role will include but not be limited to;

Preparing marketing material and conducting viewings.
Management of safety certification and reactive maintenance.
Preparing inventory, check out and inspection reports.
Liaising with landlords on refurbishments and planned maintenance.
Project managing capital improvement works.
Rent level assessments for remarketing and mid-tenancy reviews.
Managing insurance claims and reinstatement.

Qualifications and Skills:

Working knowledge of SME Professional would be beneficial but training will be provided.
Must have an enthusiastic, energetic approach to challenges.
Must have a full clean driving licence.
Minimum of 12 months' experience as a Property Manager.
Must hold, or be willing to attain, ARLA Level 6 industry qualification.
Confident communication skills and attention to detail.
