Full job description

Mortgage Administrator

As a mortgage administrator, you will be supporting the existing mortgage adviser and administrators to ensure our mortgage clients receive a top quality service.

Full training, support and guidance is provided. Their enquiries come from all over the UK which means we operate as a telephone-based business, with employees working remotely from home. This role is varied and therefore all-round administration skills is essential.

We are a leading firm in the buy to let mortgage sector and as well as mortgages we hold events, produce videos, blogs and content online to add value to our clients.

We are keen for the right people to progress from mortgage administrator to full mortgage adviser..

Your week to week will consist of the following

Assisting Mortgage adviser with speaking to lenders
Research of the mortgage market
Submitting agreement in principals
Submitting formal mortgage and protection applications
Managing the company CRM
Speaking with Mortgage lenders, solicitors, estate agents and insurers
Maintaining exceptional client’s relationships
Undertake in basic underwritten duties

Experience and Qualifications

Must have office experience
Mortgage experience preferred but not essential
Confident telephone manor
Attention to detail
Process driven
Keen desire to learn and excel
