Events Management Assistant | Glasgow | Full-Time | Entry Level

We're looking for an organised and enthusiastic Events Management Assistant to join our growing team in Glasgow.

This is an exciting opportunity to begin your career in events while gaining hands-on experience supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of promotional campaigns and live events. You'll work closely with experienced professionals, develop valuable project management skills, and play an important role in ensuring every event runs smoothly from start to finish.

Whether you're a recent graduate or looking to transition into the events industry, you'll receive comprehensive training, ongoing mentoring, and clear opportunities for career progression.

Your Responsibilities

As an Events Management Assistant, you'll:

Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events and marketing campaigns.
Support event logistics, including venue preparation, scheduling, and resource coordination.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
Help set up and dismantle event displays, promotional materials, and equipment.
Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at events.
Monitor event activities and assist in resolving any on-site issues.
Maintain accurate event documentation, schedules, and reports.
Support post-event evaluations by gathering feedback and analysing event performance.
Ensure all activities comply with company policies and health and safety guidelines.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development programmes.
