Role: Brand Marketing Manager
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 – 17:00
Location: Hardwicke, GL2 4PH – (Hybrid – 2-3 days in the office)

We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and take ownership of the marketing activity across a portfolio of lifestyle brands, including BASE London, Sperry and Bearpaw. What the Brand Marketing Manager role will involve?
As Brand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for turning brand strategy into engaging, commercially effective marketing activity across the UK & EU

Develop and deliver brand marketing plans for BASE London, Sperry and Bearpaw across DTC, dropship and wholesale channels, working closely with the wider teams to achieve agreed KPIs.

Lead brand activations and creative projects from concept through to delivery, including campaign assets, artwork, graphics, illustrations, POS and brand collateral, ensuring all activity is aligned with brand guidelines.

Manage photoshoots and creative production, coordinating projects from initial brief and concept through to execution and final delivery, while working closely with the Creative Services team and external agencies.

Work closely with Sales and key retail partners to develop and deliver commercially focused trade marketing activity, supporting sell-out through effective brand presentations, sales tools, POS and trade show activity.

Drive digital and eCommerce marketing activity, working with eCommerce, performance marketing and digital teams to ensure brand plans are effectively executed across mono and multi-brand websites, email, PPC and paid social.

Lead social media, content and influencer activity managing content calendars and organic social activity, while developing relationships with influencers, style setters and agencies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Monitor performance, budgets and commercial impact, analysing campaign results, reporting against KPIs and ROI, managing marketing spend and identifying opportunities to improve brand and sales performance
What are we looking for?
This is a hands-on role for a creative and commercially minded brand marketer who can combine creative thinking, design skills and strong project management. You’ll be someone who enjoys bringing brands to life across multiple channels.

Experience managing marketing strategies across ecommerce, dropship and wholesale channels

Experience working within a fast-paced marketing team or agency environment

Experience working with strategic retail partners and supporting commercial/sales teams

Strong project management skills across multiple marketing channels and campaigns

Experience managing and delivering brand photoshoots

Excellent communication and relationship building skills, with the confidence to work with teams at all levels

Proactive approach with the ability to take ownership, solve problems and bring new ideas to the table

Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

A genuine interest in lifestyle brands and the ability to immerse yourself in the personality and consumer of each brand

Ability to analyse campaign performance and interpret data to make informed decisions

Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator

Experience using AI tools to support creative and design work

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel
