Job Description – Invoice Clerk

We are a 24/7 Reactive maintenance organisation working for brand name clients across the commercial, residential and industrial sectors, spread across the south east of the country. The company has grown and established regional offices across the south east and is now targeting further rapid growth in the coming years.

Here at Reactive 02, our goal is to continually raise the benchmark for reactive and planned maintenance services, giving our clients access to a wide range of maintenance services and project capabilities.

The Job – Overview

We have an opportunity for a new member of the accounts team to join us as an experienced invoice clerk.

Your Key Responsibilities

To process outgoing invoices to clients
Maintaining and organising financial records
Liaising with other departments within the Company and customers
Assistance in implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
Other ad hoc finance and office administrative tasks as required.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have an extensive understanding of AP processes, you will have excellent accuracy and time management skills and enjoy problem solving.

The successful candidate will come from a maintenance, construction or service-based background.

The successful candidate will be experienced in Sage 50 or Xero, and experience in clients’ portal systems such as Ostara or concerto is ideal, but trainable.
