Job Summary

Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls and emails with professionalism, ensuring prompt and courteous responses
Maintain organized filing systems for documents, correspondence, and office supplies
Support inventory management by tracking stock and placing orders when necessary
Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, scanning, and mailing responsibilities
Working with customers on their requirements whether it be for advise or placing an order

Requirements

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and customers
Experience in Word, Excel, Outlook or similar productivity tools
Previous experience in Sage accounts for invoicing customers, providing quotes and Purchase orders, however not essential. Training will be provided.
Positive attitude with a proactive mindset eager to support team success
Will be required to package parcels for customer orders and book in through courier portals - training provided
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred but not required. Join us as an Office Assistant and become a key contributor to our dynamic team!
