Location: Maldon
Full-time: Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:30

25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
Salary: £25k to £28.5k per year

We’re looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy office environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

Providing administrative support to the team
Answering phones, greeting clients, and handling general reception duties
Maintaining accurate records and filing systems (both electronic and paper-based)
Monitoring emails and managing incoming and outgoing post
Preparing client letters and documents
Onboarding of new clients, uploading details and compliance checks
Work closely with the administration team on any ad-hoc projects

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
Professional, friendly, and confident communication skills
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and prioritising under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience in a professional services environment (desirable)
