Experienced Joiner / Carpenter

North Oxfordshire / Warwickshire Border

Self-Employed | Competitive Rates + Performance Incentives

We are a growing bespoke joinery and carpentry business based on the North Oxfordshire / Warwickshire border. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and skilled Joiner / Carpenter to join our team.

The Role

This is a varied position combining both workshop-based manufacturing and on-site installation work. You will be involved in producing and fitting a wide range of bespoke joinery and carpentry products to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Manufacture bespoke joinery including windows, doors, kitchens, fitted furniture, and custom-built items
Carry out first and second fix carpentry on residential and commercial projects
Read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications
Operate and maintain spray finishing equipment and spray booth facilities
Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience as a Joiner and/or Carpenter
Strong workshop skills with the ability to produce high-quality bespoke joinery
Experience with first and second fix carpentry
Knowledge of spray finishing processes and spray booth operation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence (preferred)
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
