About the Company

Continental Diamond Tool Company Ltd is a UK‑based super‑abrasive tooling manufacturer, part of a global group with operations in the US. Recently relocated to a new, modern facility, we are growing fast and supplying precision tooling solutions to high‑performance, quality‑driven industries.

We’re now looking for a practical, organised HR Administrator to support our team of around 50 employees and play a key role in keeping our people processes running smoothly.

The role

This is a hands‑on, part‑time HR role covering the full employee lifecycle. You’ll manage day‑to‑day HR administration, support managers and employees, and act as a trusted first point of contact for HR queries. You won’t be expected to handle complex employee relations alone — we work closely with an external HR provider who will support and advise when needed.

What you’ll be doing

Managing day‑to‑day HR administration for a growing site
Supporting recruitment, onboarding and inductions
Preparing contracts, offer letters and HR documentation
Maintaining accurate employee records and files
Coordinating performance reviews, probation reviews and leavers
Tracking absence, holidays, training and compliance
Supporting payroll administration (timesheets, starters/leavers, changes)
Handling employee queries professionally and confidentially

What we’re looking for

· CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent) – essential

Previous experience in an HR administration role
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Confidence dealing with employees and managers
Good working knowledge of HR processes and documentation
Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office / spreadsheets)
Able to work independently and manage a varied workload
