We’re looking for an organised and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment. What You’ll Be Doing

Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Preparing fresh produce and food orders for daily deliveries
Organising stock and maintaining warehouse cleanliness
Working across ambient, chilled, and frozen storage areas
Loading and unloading deliveries safely
Carrying out stock checks and supporting goods-in processes
Supporting the wider operations team to ensure smooth daily running

When you'll be doing it

As we are a 24hour, 7day a week operation we have multiple shift options
Full time Shifts include (4am-12noon, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am), others available
Part time Shifts include (4am - 8am, 5pm-10pm), others available
Hour rate from £13.50 dependant on shift

What We’re Looking For

Experience in warehouse and logistics operations, ideally within fresh food or FMCG
Hands-on approach with a strong work ethic
Experience working within ambient, chilled, and frozen operations is desirable
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and operational discipline
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Highly Desirable Experience

Experience in any of the following would be a real advantage:

Forklift truck (Counter Balance) operation
Greengrocer
Butcher
Chef
Hospitality or food service roles
