Full job description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced, commercially driven, and hands-on Aesthetic Clinic Manager to lead and grow our aesthetics and beauty clinic. This is a senior management position for an individual with a proven track record in clinic management, team leadership, business development, and advanced aesthetic treatments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all clinic operations, driving revenue growth, managing staff performance, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and supporting the clinic's marketing and social media presence.

Essential QualificationsRequired

Minimum 5 years' experience managing a successful aesthetic, cosmetic, medical aesthetics, or advanced beauty clinic
Level 4 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent
Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments, skincare, and client consultation procedures
Demonstrable experience managing clinic KPIs, budgets, and sales targets
Experience recruiting, training, and leading clinic teams
Excellent knowledge of CQC standards (where applicable), health and safety, and industry regulations

Highly Desirable

VTCT Level 4 Laser and IPL Qualification
Level 5 qualification in Aesthetic Practice, Advanced Skin Treatments, or equivalent
Qualification in Microneedling, Chemical Peels, Skin Rejuvenation, and Advanced Facials
Experience working alongside medical practitioners delivering injectables and advanced aesthetic treatments
Business Management qualification
Marketing and social media management experience

Key ResponsibilitiesClinic Operations

Manage all day-to-day clinic operations
Ensure smooth running of appointments and treatment schedules
Maintain high clinical, operational, and customer service standards
Manage stock control, suppliers, and equipment maintenance

Team Leadership

Lead, motivate, and develop clinic staff
Conduct appraisals, performance reviews, and training
Manage staffing rotas and recruitment
Create a positive, professional, and high-performing team culture

Business Development & Sales

Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
Increase treatment bookings and client retention
Monitor KPIs and clinic performance metrics
Identify opportunities for business growth
Drive retail skincare and treatment package sales

Client Experience

Ensure exceptional customer service standards
Resolve complaints and complex client matters professionally
Build long-term client relationships
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention

Marketing & Social Media

Oversee clinic marketing strategy
Create and manage social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Coordinate promotional campaigns and special events
Monitor online reputation and client reviews
Support brand growth and client acquisition initiatives

Compliance

Ensure compliance with all clinic policies, health and safety procedures, and industry regulations
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
Support audits and inspections where required

Salary & Benefits

Base Salary: £35,000 per annum
