Full job description

Job Summary

A&H Europe are based in Cowfold, West Sussex are are a leading supplier of printed fashion packaging dealing directly with established High Street retailers. We are seeking a proactive and experienced person to join our sales team in delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your existing office skills and contribute to the growth of our company. The ideal candidate must have previous office experience and will possess strong communication skills, be extremely organised and have an excellent working knowledge of Excel.

Duties

Manage customer enquiries via phone and email
Various aspects of customer service - processing orders; deal with order queries; monitor delivery lead times etc
Utilise IT systems efficiently to record transactions; update customer information; generate reports
Coordinate with sales team to achieve sales targets and improve service
Maintain organised records of customer interactions and sales activities
Support the sales team in achieving organisational goals through effective time management

Qualifications

Proven office experience gained in customer service, sales administration or a similar administrative role.
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Demonstrable organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Good time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
