Job Overview:

Ladies Fitness London is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Yoga Teacher to join our community. This role involves teaching a monthly yoga class on a Monday evening for our female members.

The successful candidate will deliver engaging, inclusive, and effective yoga sessions suitable for a range of abilities, creating a supportive and calming environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who enjoys community-focused instruction and inspiring women to improve their strength, flexibility, wellbeing, and confidence.

Responsibilities:

Lead a monthly group yoga class, ensuring safe practice and proper alignment throughout the session
Plan and deliver structured, engaging classes tailored to varying experience and fitness levels
Provide clear verbal instruction and demonstrations to support safe movement and understanding
Offer modifications and progressions to suit individual needs within a group setting
Create a welcoming, encouraging atmosphere that reflects the Ladies Fitness London brand
Promote mindfulness, relaxation, and overall wellbeing through thoughtful class programming
Monitor participant engagement and provide constructive feedback where appropriate
Stay up to date with yoga practices, teaching methods, and industry best practices

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Yoga Teacher or fitness professional, with experience leading group classes
Strong teaching and communication skills, particularly within a group environment
Good understanding of anatomy, movement, and safe yoga practice
Reliable availability once per month on a Monday evening
Passion for women's health, fitness, and wellbeing
Professional, friendly, and motivating teaching style
A recognised Yoga Teacher qualification (e.g. 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification) is desirable
First Aid certification is beneficial
