Clean and prepare guest bedrooms to the hotel's standards.
Make beds and replace bed linen, towels, and toiletries.
Vacuum, dust, polish, and mop guest rooms and public areas.
Clean and sanitise bathrooms, ensuring all fixtures are spotless.
Restock guest amenities, tea and coffee facilities, and toiletries.
Ensure all bedrooms are ready before the daily check-in time.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items immediately.
Check that all appliances and equipment are in working order.
Clean corridors, staircases, reception areas, lounges, and public toilets.
Handle and record lost property in accordance with hotel procedures.
Follow the hotel's cleaning schedules, deep cleaning programmes, and hygiene standards.
Maintain housekeeping trolleys and ensure cleaning equipment is clean and safely stored.
Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately.
Assist with laundry duties when required.
Respond promptly to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner.
Work closely with Reception to update room status and ensure rooms are available for arriving guests.
Follow all Health & Safety, COSHH, Fire Safety, and Manual Handling procedures.
Protect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Support colleagues and assist other departments during busy periods.
Carry out any other reasonable duties requested by management.

Pay: £12.71 per hour
