Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for educating swimmers of all ages and skill levels, ensuring a safe and enjoyable learning environment. As a Swim Instructor, you will play a vital role in promoting water safety and developing swimming skills through structured lessons.

Duties

Conduct swimming lessons for individuals and groups, adapting instruction to meet the varying needs of participants.
Educate students on water safety practices and techniques to enhance their swimming abilities.
Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate fundamental swimming skills, stroke techniques, and water confidence.
Monitor the progress of students, providing constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
Maintain a safe and clean environment in and around the pool area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with students and their guardians regarding progress, concerns, or recommendations for further development.
Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in swim instruction.

Pay: £17.13 per hour
