About the Role
This hybrid position offers the best of both worlds, splitting time between administrative support and contracts and pricing responsibilities.
Approximately 2 days per week will focus on supporting the sales and administration function, ensuring contracts and supplier information are processed accurately and efficiently.
The remaining 3 days per week will focus on energy procurement, pricing, tender management, supplier engagement, and presenting energy solutions to support our commercial teams and clients.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data and systems while also being confident communicating with suppliers and supporting internal stakeholders.
Our working hours are Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and Friday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, with no evenings or weekends.
Key Responsibilities
Administration & Sales Support (2 Days)
- Support the day-to-day administration of the sales function.
- Act as a key point of contact for sales representatives and suppliers.
- Request and obtain customer and supplier information.
- Process, update, and maintain records within the CRM system.
- Ensure contracts are accurately submitted and progressed through to live status.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve queries.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Provide general administrative support across the business.
Contracts & Pricing (3 Days)
- Manage incoming information and data requests.
- Support the tendering process across fixed, flexible, and pass-through contracts.
- Engage with energy suppliers to obtain pricing and commercial proposals.
- Analyse supplier pricing and tender responses.
- Compile and present tender results clearly and accurately.
- Monitor supplier responses to ensure deadlines are met.
- Develop a strong understanding of energy market products and meter types.
- Support the delivery of competitive energy solutions for clients.

Experience & Skills
This role would suit an experienced energy administrator, contracts administrator, pricing analyst, or sales support professional with at least 12 months' experience in a similar environment.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous administration experience within the energy, utilities, or sales support sector.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work.
- Confident communication skills with suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- A strong customer-focused mindset.
- Experience handling energy contracts, supplier interactions, pricing, or tenders would be advantageous.
