Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Experienced Labourer to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will contribute to a variety of construction, maintenance, and site preparation tasks, ensuring projects progress smoothly and safely. Your energy, attention to detail, and proactive approach will help drive our projects forward while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Responsibilities

Assist with site setup, including loading and unloading materials and equipment
Perform general labour tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and cleaning work areas
Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary tools and materials promptly
Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure work environment for all team members
Help with demolition, excavation, or groundwork activities as directed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work site throughout the project lifecycle
Report any safety hazards or issues immediately to supervisors to prevent accidents

Requirements

Proven experience as a labourer in construction or related fields
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations on construction sites
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in construction environments
Valid certification in workplace safety or first aid is a plus but not mandatory
Reliable attendance record with a proactive attitude towards learning new skills
